New Zealand Remuneration Network Inc. (RemNet)In November 2008, dsd Consulting was appointed as the Executive Officers of the New Zealand Remuneration Network (RemNet). The New Zealand Remuneration Network (RemNet) is a co-operative, not-for-profit incorporated body formed by New Zealand organisations to support each other in the area of remuneration and rewards management. For over 30 years, RemNet has provided a forum for New Zealand leaders in remuneration practice to discuss, explore, benchmark and publish information pertaining to innovative rewards, recognition and compensation management. Its 40+ members include a wide range of New Zealand's largest and most respected organisations including Fonterra, Telecom, Air New Zealand, Fletcher Building, BNZ, The Warehouse and the NZ Fire Service.

Company membership entitles you to our full range of services including: Annual RemNet Conference Attendance at our annual Conference is an opportunity to network with the country's leading remuneration and Human Resource professionals as well as learning from a range of quality speakers on key remuneration challenges facing organisations. Company membership includes the attendance at Conference of one delegate from your organisation. Many members find this Conference an outstanding development opportunity for other team members and you are welcome to bring additional delegates: 1st delegate: attendance included in subscription SPEEDBACK Surveys Company membership entitles you to initiate two SPEEDBACK surveys each year. This value-add part of your membership allows you to ask questions on key remuneration related issues you may be facing - directly to other RemNet members. Survey responses are collated by RemNet and are published to contributing members. Individual member responses remain completely confidential. Member Networking Members have an open door policy with one another - any member can call another to 'pick their brains' on a remuneration issue, a privilege that would be unthinkable in ordinary circumstances.
